Sol Space collects the details you give us (name, email, phone, private date of birth and attendee details) to manage your bookings, memberships and store credit, to send your tickets and class reminders, and to contact you about your bookings.

Your full date of birth is visible only to you and authorised studio admins. We use it to understand student ages. Birthday reminder emails are not enabled.

Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.

We don't sell your information. You can update your details any time from your account, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing info@solspace.nz.

If you opt in to marketing emails you can unsubscribe at any time.
