Cancelling a class

Cancel from your account at least 24 hours before your class start time and we'll return 100% of your class as store credit, instantly, and your spot opens back up.

Less than 24 hours before class we're unable to issue credit — our classes are intentionally intimate and capped, so last-minute spots can't always be filled. You can still cancel to release your spot so someone else can take it.

No-shows are not eligible for store credit.

Refunds

All sales are final — we offer store credit under the credit rules below. We don't offer direct ticket transfers or rescheduling; cancel 24 hours ahead and use your credit on any future booking.

If we cancel

If Sol Space ever has to cancel a class, we'll contact everyone affected and offer a full store credit or refund — your choice.

Memberships

Two Monday payments count from your cancellation request, with the second Monday being your final payment. Cancelling on Wednesday counts the next two Mondays. Cancelling on Monday counts that Monday as the first payment, even if it has already been paid. No extra Monday payment is created. Your account shows the final payment date and paid-access end separately. Access continues through your final paid week; existing bookings and earned credit stay yours. Once your previous membership has ended, you can rejoin online from Memberships. Memberships can't be paused; your store credit rolls over instead. If a payment fails your membership goes on hold; we retry your card for 7 days before cancelling.

Store credit

Membership and new pack credit can be used on eligible weekly classes. Existing previous-website credit keeps its original value and terms, with no new expiry or membership cap. Gift, referral and refund credit is outside membership caps. Your account shows one available NZD total with its sources and pack expiry dates.

Membership credit and plan changes

All prices are NZD. One Class Membership is $20 per week with up to $28 credit and a $112 unused-membership-credit cap. Two Class Membership is $44 per week with up to $56 credit and a $224 cap. The limited Two Class Launch Rate is $40 per week for the same credit and cap. Unlimited remains $55 per week for eligible class coverage, with no weekly credit grant.

Current-plan and carried-over membership credit count together against the active plan cap. Top-ups may be partial or $0; the full weekly payment continues. A downgrade preserves any earned balance above the lower cap and adds no fresh credit until there is room. Upgrades and downgrades take effect at the next normal weekly renewal once confirmed, with no midweek adjustment or separate cancellation notice. Ending a membership remains subject to the cancellation notice stated above.

The first eight people earn permanent Launch Rate eligibility on their first successful $40 payment, including existing members upgrading. Eligibility remains on return and places are not recycled. Sol Originals is separate recognition only, based on a paid, active membership at 00:00 on 1 November 2026 in New Zealand (a requested cancellation still within paid access counts); it does not grant launch pricing or other financial benefits.

Spending and pack expiry

Credit is normally used from the current membership plan first, then carried-over membership credit, then packs by earliest expiry, then protected previous-website credit. You can choose to use pack credit first in your bag.

New packs expire six calendar months after purchase. Book by the stated expiry date; the class may take place later. On-time customer cancellation returns pack credit with its original expiry. If the studio cancels, only the pack amount used for that booking is returned with the later of its original expiry or 30 days after cancellation; unused pack credit is not extended. The eight-class pack is no longer offered for new purchase, while all already-bought entitlements remain protected.
