How membership credit works
- One Class Membership — $20/weekUp to $28 credit each paid week, up to $112 unused.
- Two Class Membership — $44/weekUp to $56 credit each paid week, up to $224 unused.
- Two Class Membership — Limited Launch Rate — $40/weekUp to $56 credit each paid week, up to $224 unused.
- Unlimited Membership — $55/weekUnlimited classes. No weekly credit and no cap.
- • The cap counts all your unused membership credit — this plan's and any carried over from earlier plans.
- • Near the cap the weekly top-up is smaller, and at the cap it's $0. Your full weekly payment still continues — nothing pauses or holds.
- • Moving to a plan with a lower cap never removes earned credit: you keep all of it, even above the new cap. The cap only limits new weekly top-ups, which start again once you're below it.
- • Plan changes (including to or from Unlimited) happen at your next normal weekly renewal — no part-week charges and no separate cancellation notice. Cancelling your whole membership still counts two Monday payments.
- • Credit is used in this order: current membership credit, carried-over membership credit, pack credit (earliest expiry first), then credit from our previous website. You can choose to use pack credit first.
- • Gift card, referral and refund credit sits outside the membership cap, and credit you already hold keeps its current terms — no new expiry is added to it.
- • Sol Originals: members whose membership is paid and active at 00:00 on 1 November 2026 (NZ time) — including anyone who has asked to cancel but is still within paid access — are planned to receive a Sol Originals badge. It's recognition only, separate from pricing — not a discount or the launch rate — and nothing is awarded yet.

Join any day. Pay from Monday.
Sign up any day and you won't be charged until your first Monday — so you never pay twice in one week. Your membership starts with that first Monday payment: weekly credit or Unlimited classes begin once it goes through.

The 8 Class Pack has been retired from new sales. If you've already bought one, nothing changes: its credit keeps its original terms, with no expiry. Packs bought before the new terms start keep their original terms too.

All memberships bill weekly on a Monday. If you sign up mid-week you won't be charged until your first Monday, so you're never paying twice in one week.
How do I cancel my membership?+
You can request cancellation from your account or contact the studio. Two Monday payments count from the day you request it, and the second is your final payment. If you cancel on Wednesday, the next two Mondays count. If you cancel on Monday, that Monday counts first even if it has already been paid — no extra payment is created. Your account shows your final payment date and paid-access end separately. Earned store credit and existing bookings stay yours.
What if I cancel and want to rejoin later?+
You can rejoin from Memberships once your previous membership has ended. Cancelling still counts two Monday payments, with access through your final paid week. If it ended because of missed payments, one regular Monday is skipped first: you can rejoin from the first Monday after it ended, and your new membership starts the Monday after that. Existing bookings and earned store credit remain yours.
Does my membership auto-renew?+
Yes — your membership renews automatically every Monday until you cancel. Credit plans add up to their weekly credit with each paid renewal, filling only up to the plan's cap.
What happens if my payment fails?+
If a payment fails, your membership goes on hold and no new store credit is issued — but anything you've already booked is still yours. We'll email you and keep retrying your card automatically for 7 days, and you can pay any time from the link in that email to reactivate straight away. If it's still unpaid after 7 days we'll cancel the membership. After a cancellation for missed payments, one regular Monday is skipped before you can rejoin: joining opens again from the first Monday after it ended (your account shows the date), and the new membership starts the Monday after that. If something's come up, please get in touch before it reaches that point.
Can I pause my membership?+
Memberships can't be paused. All the credit you've earned stays in your account — nothing is removed, even if it's above a plan's cap — so if you miss a week it's still there for your next booking. The cap only limits new weekly top-ups. If you need to stop, you can cancel with two Monday payments counted at cancellation.
Can I book classes in advance as a member?+
Yes — you can see the full month's uploaded classes on the timetable, including classes whose booking hasn't opened yet. Bookings for that week's Thursday and Sunday classes open on Tuesday at 12pm Auckland local time, including daylight saving. Each class shows its configured booking opening time. Once booking is open, members can book using their membership or store credit. Anything you've already booked stays yours, even if you cancel your membership afterwards.
As a member, what is the cancellation policy for individual classes?+
Unlimited members: since your classes are covered by your membership there is no credit to issue for cancellations. You're welcome to cancel at any time — it simply frees up the spot for someone else.
Credit plan members (One Class and Two Class): your membership credit is used to book your class. If you cancel at least 24 hours before class, the credit is returned to your account to use on a future booking. Later than that, cancelling still frees the spot, but no credit is returned.
How do the class packs work?+
4 Class Pack — pay $100 and receive $112 in store credit — that's $25 a class instead of $28. New packs must be booked within 6 calendar months of purchase (the class itself can be later).
The 8 Class Pack is no longer sold. Packs you've already bought keep their original terms, including no expiry.
What if I have store credit left over?+
Credit you already hold keeps its current terms. membership credit builds up to your plan's cap (your weekly payment continues even when the top-up is smaller or $0), and new pack credit must be booked within six months of purchase. Gift card, referral and refund credit isn't capped.
Can I use my store credit on workshops or other events?+
Store credit from class packs is valid for weekly classes only.
