About this class
🔐 VAULT EDITION 🔐 This is a fan-favorite Bounce Elevate routine from The Vault, our archive of 100+ original choreographies. By popular request, we’re bringing it back!
Turn up the energy with Sol Bounce Elevate, an amped-up class for those ready to take their bounce, booty work, and floorwork to the next level. This class builds on your foundations, sharpening technique and stamina as you move to upbeat, cardio-pumping tracks under our signature blue light. It's all about levelling up your confidence and owning your bounce in a supportive space where you can push yourself and have an absolute blast doing it.
Elevate level: Intermediate — expressive and challenging, layering intricate combos and refined technique for those ready to level up.
