HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?

You can book a class through our website — just click on the Classes tab in the menu.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT CLASS TYPES?

  • Sol Drip: A slow, sensual class focused on smooth, fluid movements and floorwork. Ideal for beginners or anyone wanting to move at a relaxed, intentional pace.
  • Sol Strut: A fun, upbeat class built around attitude, power, and runway energy. Perfect for building confidence walking and dancing in heels.

HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?

Classes run for 1.5 hours.

WHAT IS THE CLASS STRUCTURE LIKE?

After welcoming everyone in, we start with a warm-up and stretch. The teacher then breaks down the choreography, allowing plenty of time for practice and run-throughs. At the end, everyone gets at least one opportunity to film themselves performing (if they want to), followed by a group mirror moment to close out the class.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M LATE?

We start on time out of respect for everyone in the room — so we’d love for you to arrive a few minutes early to get settled. If you do arrive late, you’re welcome to join in, but please take a few minutes to warm up on your own before jumping into class as you will have missed the warm-up.

CAN I FILM DURING CLASS?

Phones are put away during the teaching portion of class — this keeps the space focused and respectful for everyone. Dedicated filming time is built into every class, and that’s your moment to capture what you’ve learned. You can set your phone up against the mirror, or someone will always be available to film you and get your best angles.

CAN I POST CLASS VIDEOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Yes, we encourage you to post your filming time videos! Just remember to tag us @solspacenz on Instagram.

DO I HAVE TO FILM DURING FILMING TIME?

Not at all — filming is recommended so you can track your personal growth over time, but it’s completely optional.

WHAT IF I’M NERVOUS OR DON’T FEEL CONFIDENT?

You’re in exactly the right place. It’s completely normal to feel nervous when starting something new — our whole environment is built around lifting each other up, not judging. Everyone starts somewhere, and with every class you attend your confidence will grow. We can’t wait to see you shine!

WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY?

Follow your health professional’s advice and listen to your body. Your health always comes first — don’t push through pain. Take care of yourself and come back when you’re ready!


MEMBERSHIPS & PACKS

WHAT MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer two weekly membership options:

1 Class Per Week — $20 per week, billed weekly. Each time your membership renews, $28 in store credit is automatically added to your account, which you can use to book your weekly class.

Unlimited — $55 per week, billed weekly. Attend as many weekly Sol Drip and Sol Strut classes as you like — no limits.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
We require 2 weeks’ notice to cancel your membership. Just get in touch and we’ll process it from our end. You won’t be charged after your cancellation period ends, and your access continues until that date so you never lose time you’ve already paid for.

DOES MY MEMBERSHIP AUTO-RENEW?
Yes — your subscription renews automatically every week until you cancel.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?
If a payment fails, your membership access may be paused until the payment is resolved. You’ll receive an automatic notification — just update your payment details to reactivate.

CAN I PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?
We don’t currently offer membership pauses. If you need to stop attending for a period, you’re welcome to cancel and rejoin when you’re ready.

CAN I BOOK CLASSES IN ADVANCE AS A MEMBER?
Yes — just keep in mind that your membership covers classes within your active billing period. If you cancel your membership, any bookings made for dates after your membership ends will need to be cancelled or converted to a casual booking ($28).

AS A MEMBER, WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL CLASSES?
Unlimited members: Since your classes are covered by your membership at no additional cost per class, there is no credit to issue for cancellations. You’re welcome to cancel at any time — it simply frees up the spot for someone else.

1 Class Per Week members: Your weekly store credit is used to book your class. If you cancel at least 24 hours before class, your store credit will be returned to your account to use on a future booking.

HOW DO THE CLASS PACKS WORK?
We offer two class packs:

4 Class Pack — Pay $100 upfront and receive $112 in store credit — that’s $25 a class instead of $28. Valid for Sol Drip and Sol Strut. No expiry. Store credit issued immediately.

8 Class Pack — Pay $184 upfront and receive $224 in store credit — that’s $23 a class instead of $28. Valid for Sol Drip and Sol Strut. No expiry. Store credit issued immediately.

WHAT IF I HAVE STORE CREDIT LEFT OVER?
Your store credit never expires and can be used on any future weekly class booking.

CAN I USE MY STORE CREDIT ON WORKSHOPS OR OTHER EVENTS?
Store credit from class packs is valid for weekly Sol Drip and Sol Strut classes only.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

CAN I GET A CREDIT IF I CAN’T MAKE IT TO CLASS?

Yes — if you contact us at least 24 hours before your class start time, we’ll issue you store credit for 100% of your class.

WHAT IF I CANCEL LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE CLASS?

Unfortunately we’re unable to issue credit for cancellations made within 24 hours of class. Because our classes are intentionally intimate and capped, last-minute spots can’t always be filled. We appreciate your understanding!

WHAT IF I DON’T SHOW UP?

No-shows are not eligible for store credit.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

All sales are final — we offer store credit so your payment is never lost.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY TICKET TO A DIFFERENT CLASS?

We don’t offer direct ticket transfers or rescheduling. If you’re unable to attend, contact us at least 24 hours before class and we’ll issue you store credit to use on any future booking through the website.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOL SPACE CANCELS A CLASS?

If we ever have to cancel a class, we’ll contact everyone affected and offer a full store credit or refund — your choice.
